After Oracle’s acquisition of PeopleSoft in 2004, a number of PeopleSoft’s alumni packed away their softball jerseys and began to pursue implementation contracts of their own. There were many incentives to provide services outside of the Oracle umbrella, but the core motivation lied in adopting a new corporate culture that was so vastly different from the core values that defined Dave Duffield’s revolutionary software company.

As PeopleSoft “orphans”, our renewed focus is to ensure that existing PeopleSoft client investments remain technically supported, and that new implementations have qualified technical skill-sets to supplement their implementation teams. We offer our expertise at substantial discounts to less qualified resources procured from Oracle or the major technical resource providers, and we are fluent in all aspects of the business processes behind the analytic applications.
